PRESENCE
We stay with what is actually here.

IN A SESSION
A session begins with what you bring.
We may stay with the conversation, slow down around a sensation or the breath, or follow a question until something becomes clearer.
I may reflect what I notice, ask a question, or invite a simple practice. You decide what we follow. You can pause or decline any practice.
What becomes useful returns with you.
INTEGRATION
Life can feel different on either side of an experience.
Often the shift arrives suddenly. Sometimes we choose it. A loss. A separation. Surgery. An accident. A psychedelic experience. A profound encounter. A transition that changes the way you understand yourself and the life you live.
The world moves. Your inner world may be moving at another pace.
Good. Bad. Beautiful. Terrible. Profound.
The mind makes it real.
Meanwhile, here we are.
We begin with what remains—emotion, shock, new realizations, an unanswered question, contradictions... or the subtle sense that life is somehow different now.
Through conversation, somatic inquiry, reflection and practices carried into daily life, we pay attention to what is here.
Experience is our birthright.

Awareness. Unfurling. Motion.
Awareness, in daily life.
Between sessions, I may offer a targeted question, somatic observation, journaling prompt, or simple practice shaped directly by what we're working with.
FOR EXAMPLE In the morning, notice where your body feels tense… sit with it… allow yourself to peel away the layers of labels, names and emotions you attach to it. Name the thoughts pulling at your attention. Write them down, along with whatever sentences follow about what you discover.
Notice what is already here before the day begins making demands of it.
Carry the inquiry into work, conversation, traffic, dishes, solitude—the places where life is actually happening.
Notice what stayed with you. What shifted. What still has your attention.

We stay with what is actually here.
I tell you what I notice and why I am asking.
You decide what we follow, what it means, and what you choose to do with it.
Every practice is an invitation. You can pause, decline or change direction at any time.
SUSTAINED SPACE-HOLDING
My standard client engagements run for a minimum of three months.
That gives us room to establish trust, move beyond the initial narrative, and notice what becomes clearer as the work meets your actual life.
Because the value is in what unfolds over time, I rarely work on a session-by-session basis.
BETWEEN SESSIONS
Some engagements include messaging for brief observations and questions between sessions; others centre on our scheduled calls.
When messaging is included, we agree on the contact channel, response expectations and what that support covers before you commit. I may respond with a reflection, a question or an AUMWORK practice, or we may return to it in our next session.
You know what is included before we begin.
PRACTICALITIES
Most coaching takes place online. Some engagements may include in-person work when we agree it belongs in the container.
Individual coaching sessions are usually an hour. Integration can follow a different rhythm.
Calls are normally scheduled once a week and can increase at your request, as my schedule allows.
Engagements are shaped around the work we agree to do, so I discuss pricing with you rather than posting one fixed package price. Before you decide, you receive a written outline of the number and length of sessions, between-session support, any in-person or travel components, the total investment, payment schedule and additional costs.
What you tell me belongs to you. What you share is treated with care and discretion. The full confidentiality agreement is reviewed before we begin.
Bring your questions.
SCOPE OF PRACTICE
My role is to provide coaching and integration within the boundaries of our agreed engagement.
The work may include conversation, somatic inquiry, breath and awareness practices, integration, and practices carried into daily life.
I do not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions, provide medical care, or provide, prescribe, sell, source or distribute controlled substances.
We begin with what is present.
We use what serves the work.
Your experience remains your own.
CONFIDENTIALITY
This work asks for honesty, and honesty requires trust. What you share with me is treated with care, discretion and respect.
Before we begin, we make our commitments to confidentiality clear in writing.
Your story is not content.
HOW WE BEGIN
Start with a few questions about what brought you here and what you are curious about.
Choose a time for a twenty-minute conversation. You can ask me questions. I can get a sense of you. You can get a sense of me. The conversation does not commit you to an engagement.
If there is something worth exploring together, we continue the conversation and decide what kind of engagement fits.
Before we begin, the structure, investment, boundaries and agreements are made clear.
Then we begin.
Something brought you here.
You do not have to know exactly what it is.
You do not have to pretend.
Curiosity, doubt, and experiences still finding their meaning all have a place here.
